Network hubs team up to host Game Design Camp
Four University of Waterloo Arts students took the top prize in the first-ever Game Design Camp at the University’s Stratford campus. Calling themselves “Team GASP,” the four Global Business and Digital Arts students bested more than 100 other competitors with their prototype for a colour-matching game called Hylo.

Cross-country hub tour shows CDMN in action
We’ve set a goal to visit every CDMN member hub before Canada Day. Last week we visited three provinces and four hubs in three days – though we did manage to make it through Atlantic Canada in the small reprieve between snowstorms.

International ties drawn tighter through Canada 3.0
Canada 3.0 2014 drew several international visitors to Calgary, to participate in the Canadian Energy Supply Chain Forum as well as pre-arranged business meetings. Delegations from Finland, Mexico, Taiwan, the UK and the Netherlands were all on hand at the BMO Centre, exploring opportunities for international business.
