GSF is India’s most successful startup accelerator to-date. Since its launch in 2012, GSF has funded 24 innovative technology startups in two batches. From its first batch of 13 companies, 9 of which have raised further funding and 2 have been acquired — including the first ever acquisition of an Indian startup, Little Eye Labs, by Facebook.

GSF is now launching GSF Global — a first-in-the-world, cross-border accelerator program that will be conducted over 13 weeks in India, Singapore, Silicon Valley, New York and Toronto. GSF Global is for tech startups from not just India, but also those from Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe and North America that are building innovative technology products for international markets. GSF Global will:

  1. Provide a global springboard for startups with innovative products and solutions to launch themselves in the leading tech hubs of the world.
  1. Create an opportunity for entrepreneurs to build global business relationships for product launch in target markets as well as connect with peers, mentors and potential long-term advisors from around the world. In other words, deep immersion into several global startup ecosystems.
  2. Give startups in the program a channel of connections to help them raise money from VCs and angel investors around the world. GSF Global has 6 demo-days scheduled, one in each of Singapore, San Francisco, New York, Boston, Toronto and Bangalore.
