Waterloo Region, ON, January 7th, 2015- Canadian companies are taking their businesses global as part of the Canadian Digital Media Network (CDMN) Outbound Soft Landing program.

The program helps mature startups and small-to-medium size enterprises (SMEs) belonging to CDMN’s network of partner hubs that are looking to grow their business, open a satellite office or grow distribution channels. Companies accepted into the program are granted access to office space for up to three months in their desired destination, plus up to $4,000 to cover transportation and hotel costs.

Since launching in 2012, the program has helped over 144 Canadian companies land in 25 countries, generating $30 million in new revenue and over $18 million in investment opportunities.

The Soft Landing program, sponsored by TD Bank Group, is accepting applications between Feb. 2 and Feb. 13 for its next cohort of companies looking to land in international markets between March 2 and June 15.
